Nice one, Utterly Moot. This deserves frontpage just because everything with a NG theme or a Bush theme likes to get on there. And you brilliantly combined both. It was freakin' hilarious.

Punch-Line

This animation reminded me of a Monty Python animation where the action looped for a good few minutes until you are bored to tears... then you get to the punchline, and you laugh like hell. I kind of liked it.

Quality is right.

Awesome quality. Unique story, too. The ending was surprising. At first, I was expecting some sort of flirtatious love story with the tree-woman. Fortunately, you were going in a more original direction. Very nice. I like the use of Lord of the Dance music, too. Gave the right ambience.

[Star Wars Transitions]

FUNNY, yet.

Okay, this was hilarious. But, his heavy use of transitions... is in EVERY Star Wars movie. What do you want? The first movie came out in the 1970s! Transitions were the height of technology, lol. Let's face it, Lucas really f***ed up the continuity of the six movies, mainly because the picture quality and set design of the new ones are MASSIVELY detailed... the Star Wars "technology" of the new movies seem way more advanced than that of the original three movies - with obvious reasons, of course. Those UGLY UGLY transitions were probably his way of saying "Look... just like the old movies!" Either that, or he's just a moron. Oh my god, I just went on a paragraph-long rant about Star Wars... *runs away to the gym*

I didn't think it was bad. I hope it makes it through. Stick movies usually get blammed, but this one was pretty slick.

Like everyone else has probably already said, time up the music. It probably times up in your .fla file, but Flash is stupid for that. I'm not exactly sure what you need to do for it to stay timed up when you publish the file. Anyway, awesome. The music was the ONLY problem, in my opinion.

Garbage Bag

It was pretty decent. It's your first submission, so you have time to improve on your flash skills. And... hey, nothing wrong with Weird Al. What sold me was the bag of garbage on e-bay. That was great.

Original APC Video

I don't know if you've seen the original video for APC's "Count Bodies Like Sheep". It's also an animation. You've probably seen it because it looks like some of the art looked to be inspired by it. But, whether you've seen it or not, the quality of YOUR animation is much better. Ironically, the original video probably cost a few ten thousand. Good work.

P.S. Ignore the fascists who review your animation. People should be reviewing the quality of the animation as a whole, not just specifically the message (political or what-not). Like I said, good work.
